Sure, you might bump into gym beasts who look like they’ve got it all together. But hey, that’s primo motivation fuel right there. Seeing someone else rock what you want? That’s like pouring gasoline on your workout fire. If you’re competitive, you feel that heat too.
Embrace the “mog”. It’s a win-win. The mogger gets their high, and you? You get a turbo boost of inspiration to crush those weights even harder.
