Ain’t a thing perfect.

Why do we wait for everything to be perfect before taking action? Could be that we’re afraid of failing.

When have you ever planned something with extreme detail and it go exactly as planned? I doubt it.

Right now, instead of waiting for Noon to begin my workout, I’m typing this. Why wait? Just go do something. It can be one sentence, at least you’re making progress.
Drunk with power.

Do it for the betterment of others and yourself. Everyone needs a pitstop every now and then to ensure they’re on the right path to success. Don’t believe so much in yourself that you think you can do no wrong.

We often convince ourselves that we’re too swamped with tasks. More often than not, it’s just an excuse. Our schedules aren’t as packed as we claim—they’re filled with trivial activities, merely to tick off boxes.

Take a moment to honestly assess how you allocate your time. Are the activities you engage in truly fulfilling, or are they merely box-checking exercises?

“Become comfortable being uncomfortable” is great advice, but don’t think for a second that it’s foolproof.

Most of the time, the things you must do to get to the next level are uncomfortable. But what people won’t tell you is that if you work on whatever makes you uncomfortable, it will soon become comfortable.

Most definitely, push yourself. Most importantly, be yourself.

Don’t Quit… Yet

In life, we encounter challenging moments that test our resolve and fill us with uncertainty. It’s tempting to seek comfort or give up entirely when faced with adversity. However, embracing the discomfort and pushing through can pave the way for a remarkable comeback.

Even if you don’t complete the task at hand, enduring the toughest part sets the stage for a triumphant return. Instead of quitting prematurely, allow yourself to experience the discomfort, learn from it, and emerge stronger than before.

Embrace that feeling. Get used to it. The next time it comes around, you’ll be amazed by how much better you handle it.
Be Bold.

Boldness is respected, even if the action isn’t commendable. Have you ever felt like speaking up or standing up for someone, but hesitated? It’s never a good feeling. Even if you do speak up most of the time, your unconscious mind is always awake, waiting to see how you react to things. If you choose not to be bold, you will feel it. It will hurt.

The best way to counter this is to… counter it. Be bold. That doesn’t mean do something stupid. Being bold could be you engaging in a conversation with a total stranger at the grocery store while checking out. Telling someone that you don’t have to give them a reason for why you don’t want to hang out. Looking yourself in the mirror and telling yourself to go to the damn gym even though you don’t feel like it.

Your subconscious mind never sleeps. If you do this over time, the things you used to be afraid of doing will come with less resistance. You’ll wish you did it sooner.

Start now. Be bold. Enjoy the rewards.
Work In Progress

We’re all working on ourselves. These highlight films we call “social media” are not accurate. This site will be a work in progress. It will not be filled with success stories, dramatically positive endings or beautiful beginnings. Instead, truths. Real life. Learning lessons and lessons learned.

Nowadays, we live in a society that demands perfection, and perfection no longer has a definition. Everyone’s an expert and they have the right to be critical of all. Making a silly mistake in your preteens will be brought to the light when you learn from it internally. Sorry kids, you will not be a great person in the future because you told that tasteless joke. Nobody wants you to win, but everybody wants everybody to win. It will all make sense in the end. Only problem with that is, there is no end.

But it’s all good. With all that being said, you can now be whatever you want to be. The avenues are wide and the sky is high. There are no limits. If you want to be successful, you can do it. But do you want to upset a few people with your truth? The truth? Nothing but the truth? Those will be some of the toughest decisions you have to make in life. You have the heart to withstand the heartache, but will you use it? Will you let your heart turn cold until it’s blacked out? Will it beat bright red? Will you have one once you’re done?

We shall see.
